That’s why Link to Fitness asked certified strength and conditioning specialist Sydney Cummings, founder of Royal Change, to put together a realistic, not-super-intimidating exercise plan to help YOU lose those extra 5 to 15lbs.

THE 28 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE
Using the Link to Fitness app you will have access to our tabata-style interval training. With this program, we are going to keep your body changing and adapting throughout the next 4 weeks.
Along with the program, you will receive a nutrition guide to help you maximize your results. If you would like to enhance your challenge, we are offering two other programs that specialize in nutrition with our Link to Fitness Dietitian.

BUILDING A HABIT (WEEK 1)
MOTIVATION IS WHAT GETS YOU STARTED. HABIT IS WHAT KEEPS YOU GOING.
THE FIRST WEEK IS ALL ABOUT BUILDING A BASE LEVEL OF FITNESS AND DISCOVERING WHAT YOU ENJOY THE MOST. YOU’LL LEARN A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT MOVEMENTS AND BEGIN TO TRACK AND DEVELOP YOUR ROUTINE.
In this program your results are a direct result of your work ethic, so work hard, work consistently, and most importantly, enjoy the process!
TIME TO IGNITE YOUR METABOLISM (WEEK 3)
AS YOU PROGRESS THROUGH THE FINAL STAGES, YOU’LL START EXPERIMENTING WITH A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT TRAINING OPTIONS. YOUR STRENGTH WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND SO WILL YOUR OVERALL FITNESS.
DO NOT STOP UNTIL YOU ARE PROUD (WEEK 4)
AS YOU REACH YOUR LAST WEEK OF TRAINING, GIVE IT ALL YOU GOT! THIS WEEK WILL REALLY TEST YOUR ENDURANCE TO ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOAL. OUR PROGRAM IS JUST THE BEGINNING TO YOUR NEW LIFESTYLE.
